In 2021, musician and golfer Jake Trego was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer at just 33 years old. Through surgeries, chemotherapy, and now the pursuit of a liver transplant, Jake has continued to face each day with remarkable resilience, finding strength in music, golf, and the support of his wife, Rozlyn, and their community.
