How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are non-refundable?

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Select visors
  • Customized/personalized items
  • International orders

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unworn, unwashed and new condition
  • In the original packaging (whenever possible)
  • With the original receipt or packing slip

What are the refund options?

  • Refund to the original payment method (available if returned within 30 days of receipt)
  • Refund to store credit (available if returned within 90 days of receipt)

Free Gift With Purchase items must be sent back with your order if your return request is for a full refund. If the Free Gift With Purchase items are not returned, their retail value will be deducted from the overall refund due.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, contact us immediately. We will resend the correct item to you and refund the return shipping costs due to our error.

Can the items be exchanged?

Yes! We offer one-time exchanges for size or color. Items received through an exchange are final sale and aren’t eligible for returns, refunds, or additional exchanges.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

How long is my return valid?

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will expire 30 days after issued. If expired, you'll need to submit a new return request. Refunds after 90 days from delivery—or for expired returns—will be issued as store credit.
