"I love this hat, the Old Norse Watership, originally ordered in LG/XLG which was too big for my big fat noggin’. My usual hat size so I reordered in S/M and it fits perfectly. Thankfully the return procedure was made so easy due to the guidance of a stunning customer service rep. I only know her first name as Samantha and she made the return so seamless that I think she deserves a huge raise, a promotion and possible a percentage of the company. Make sure she’s a keeper.
